Cynthia Kyriazis has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Cynthia is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at The Culture Think Tank since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Behavioral Strategist, Coach, Trainer, and Best-Selling Author for Productivity Partners, Inc. since July 1992. In 2016, they became a Senior Consultant and Performance/Productivity Coach at The Professional Development Group LLC. Cynthia also has experience working as a Consultant and Spokesperson for Newell Brands from January 2003 to January 2005. Cynthia served as the Regional Director for Granada Hospital Group Inc. from 1983 to 1992 and as the Regional Manager for Wells National Services from 1976 to 1983.

Cynthia Kyriazis holds a BS degree in Communications and Sociology from The University of Kansas. Cynthia also obtained a BA degree from the University of Washington. In addition, Cynthia has certifications as a Certified Measurable Management Facilitator, a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA), and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA).
