Daiga Ergle

Daiga Ergle has extensive experience in the field of human resources and leadership. Daiga has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently, they are the Global Head of HR at The Customization Group, where they oversee HR operations for the company's global market of customizable wall and home decoration products. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Strategy Partner at CUBE Systems and CUBE agency. Daiga also served as the Group Chief People Officer at 4finance, where they implemented various HR initiatives and represented the company at international HR gatherings. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at airBaltic, PINS.co, and Siemens Latvia, where they played a key role in shaping people policies and strategies. Additionally, they have worked as an HRM & Leadership Professor at Riga Business School and held leadership positions at AIMS International Latvia and Fontes Latvia. Daiga Ergle's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, HR analytics, and people management.

Daiga Ergle obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Riga Business School from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a PhD in Management Science, specializing in Human Resource Management, at Latvijas Universitate from 2014 to 2020. Before that, from 1995 to 1996, they earned a Professional Qualification in Foreign Economic Affairs Management from Latvijas Universitate. In the early years, they also obtained a university-level degree in Mass Cultural Events Management with a focus on Entertainment Management from Jazepa Vitola Latvijas Muzikas Akademija from 1985 to 1989.
