Katy Durand

Katy Durand is currently an Arts and Entertainment Reporter for The Daily Californian and a Writer for garb, both starting in February 2024. In addition, Katy is part of the Studio Experience Team at CorePower Yoga and serves as the Director of E-Commerce for Delta Gamma, both beginning in December 2023. Katy also contributes as an Editorial Writer for Bare Editorial Magazine and is involved with CalTV's News Team, both roles commencing in February 2024. Experience includes working as a Camp Counselor at CampSurf during the summer of 2024, providing educational introductions to surfing, and serving as a Sales Clerk at Coldstone Creamery from May 2021 to August 2023. Previously, Katy gained editorial experience as an intern at The Easy Reader and developed graphic design skills at Group 22. Katy is currently pursuing a degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated with a high school diploma from El Segundo High School in 2023.
