Karla Perez

Karla Perez is a Bachelor of Arts student in Communications and Journalism at the University of Connecticut, expected to graduate in May 2026. Since September 2022, Karla has served as an At-Large Board Member at The Daily Campus, overseeing staff hiring and administrative initiatives. In previous roles at the same organization, Karla has worked as an Associate Managing Editor, Associate Life Editor, Designer, and Campus Correspondent, demonstrating skills in content production, design, and editorial coordination. Additionally, Karla is a Contributing Writer for Their Campus Media and a Student Reporter for University of Connecticut Student Television, focusing on camera work, reporting, and video editing. Prior experience includes being a UConn’s Werth Innovator and a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters.
