Jade Neptune

Jade Neptune is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community organization, public service, and communications. As the Founder and Director of The Gap Project, Jade has successfully built a website, designed a logo, and coordinated community initiatives such as an Athletic Equipment Drive. Jade also serves as Field Director for Allen Buansi's NC House campaign, managing volunteers and developing strategies, while simultaneously holding the role of Director of Communications for Penny Rich's campaign. In addition, Jade is a Senior Writer for The Daily Tar Heel and has participated in the Arts in Public Service Fellows program at the Carolina Center for Public Service. Jade has received recognition as a Creative Futures Public Service in the Arts Grant Recipient and has contributed to various projects aimed at integrating arts with community engagement. Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
