Maddie Policastro

Maddie Policastro currently serves as a Senior Social Media Intern at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, responsible for planning and creating engaging social content that highlights the Carolina community and collaborating with peers to innovate student recruitment strategies. Additionally, Maddie holds the position of Senior Writer for The Daily Tar Heel, where contributions include pitching story ideas and covering local government issues in the surrounding areas. Maddie also has experience as a Guest Experiences Host at Marbles Kids Museum, engaging with visitors and providing information. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Maddie completed secondary education at Wakefield High School.
