Kayla Dorsey

Kayla Dorsey has a diverse work experience in the museum industry. Kayla started their career at the Florida Holocaust Museum as an Education Assistant, where they worked on the Speak Up Speak Now! program, organizing guest speakers and creating instructional materials. Kayla then joined The Dalí Museum as an Audio Tour Coordinator, responsible for managing digital content, developing analytics reports, and providing asset management logs. Kayla later became the Volunteer Program Manager at The Dalí Museum, supervising a large group of volunteers and promoting volunteer opportunities. Currently, they serve as the Director of Visitor Experience at The Dalí Museum, overseeing various guest services and programming to drive attendance and revenue.
