Lubbock Smith

Lubbock D. Smith III is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, education, and athletics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Community Development & Vista Outreach at Vista Bank since March 2021, Lubbock has played a pivotal role in advancing CRA initiatives and establishing strategic community partnerships in Southern Dallas. Previously, Lubbock has held leadership positions at BuiltIn Realty Group, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Camp Exposure, KIPP Texas Public Schools, and various universities, focusing on student-athlete development and community empowerment. Lubbock holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The University of Kansas.
