Narasimha Raju Nagubhai is a Board Member at The DEC Network. Narasimha was previously with Motorola Solutions from January 2004 to December 2020, where they were the Head of Global Carrier-Based Push-To-Talk (PTT) Business Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for leading the creation of a new department tasked with architecting the company’s next-stage growth strategy for Push-To-Talk (PTT) mobile communication solutions. Narasimha served as the “voice of the customer,” directing matrixed organizations defining and executing playbooks for the client integration of instant voice, video, and data applications in mission and business-critical communications applications.

Key achievements during their time at Motorola Solutions include:

►Leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise client insights in the customer journey design, collaboration with our Product teams on technical and product innovations, feature design, and go-to-market strategy.

►Generating substantial incremental sales opportunities for PTT SaaS solutions, with sustained 10%+ year-over-year growth. Their team researched, innovated, and launched unique solutions targeting AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Telefónica, and other global carriers.

►Strengthening our value proposition via the introduction of pioneering Push-To-Video solution for Verizon, successfully differentiating the MSI product suite in a crowded market and enabling enterprise sales at higher price points.

►Sharpening technical service delivery via an integrated Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) analytics platform deployed across toolsets and applications that cultivated real-time strategic insights utilized in ongoing product enhancements.

Narasimha Raju Nagubhai has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Osmania University.
