R'Kes Starling is a board member at The DEC Network. R'Kes has been in the pharmacy industry for over 15 years. R'Kes started at Target as an Executive Team Leader - Area Pharmacy Operations. R'Kes then went on to DaVita Rx as a Manager Clinical Operations and then a Director Clinical Operations at DaVita Kidney Care. In 2011, R'Kes moved to Coram CVS/specialty infusion services as the Vice President of Operations. In 2014, R'Kes was recruited by McKesson to be the Vice President Specialty Pharmacy and Clinical Research Services. R'Kes left McKesson in 2019 to join The DEC Network as a board member.
R'Kes Starling has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University. R'Kes is also certified from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals as a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
