Tammy Richards

Tammy Richards is a Board Member at The DEC Network. Tammy has previously served as President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, and as an elected School Board Trustee for the Plano Independent School District. Tammy has also served as Associate Dean and COO of the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. Tammy Richards is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in various organizations.

Tammy Richards completed their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. Tammy then went on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School. Tammy is also a registered professional engineer, although they are currently inactive.
