Adriana Cruz

Adriana Cruz has been working in the professional field since 2019. Adriana began their career as a Legal Intern at Rarick & Beskin, P.A., where they assisted attorneys with preparing legal documents and proofreading, e-filed court documents, and performed administrative support duties. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Associate at Levi Strauss & Co., where they handled 50+ customer interactions per day, gave detailed and personalized service, and implemented effective sales strategies. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Florida One Insurance, where they handled 90+ calls daily, researched complicated cases, and remained courteous and calm at all times. In 2021, they returned to Rarick & Beskin, P.A. as an Administrative Assistant, where they performed the same duties as their Legal Intern role. Currently, Adriana is employed as an Account Coordinator and Publicity Associate at The Dana Agency Public Relations, where they conduct research to support PR planning, prepares pitches and writing materials, and drafts press releases.

Adriana Cruz has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, which they will obtain in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Hialeah Gardens Senior High School in 2020 and an Associate of Arts - AA from Miami Dade College in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in July 2022, Marketing: Customer Segmentation from LinkedIn in April 2021, and Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in February 2021.
