Lee Appleby

Lee Appleby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Group Director of Manufacturing & Operations at The Danesmoor Group since July 2023, Lee oversees operations in a market-leading independent British business focused on the kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms sector. Previous roles include UK Operations Director at Metsä Wood, Factory General Manager at both KP Snacks and Orchard House Foods Limited, and Multi Site Operations Manager at Graphic Packaging International - Europe. Lee also held key positions at Rio Tinto as a Business Improvement Specialist and Operations Manager, and at Tetley as Area Manager.
