Mike Hanson

Mike Hanson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Retail Manager in 2000. Mike then transitioned to the United States Department of Defense as an HR Specialist (Staffing) from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they worked as a Medical Benefits Administrator at Purdue University from 2006 to 2010. Mike then joined Henriott Group as an Account Executive from 2010 to 2014. After that, they were a Benefits Analyst at The Maschhoffs from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Mike is working at The Daniel & Henry Co., where they have held several roles including Account Executive for Group Benefits from 2016 to 2019, Assistant Vice President/Manager of the Group Benefits Department from 2019 to 2020, and currently serves as the Vice President/Manager of the Group Benefits Department.

Mike Hanson attended JD Darnall (Geneseo High School) from 1991 to 1995. Mike then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Bradley University from 1995 to 1999. Later, they completed their MBA at St. Ambrose University from 2003 to 2006.
