Ginette Battikha has a strong background in human resources, with various roles in HR management and leadership. Ginette started their career at Lerners LLP in 2004, where they held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing HR programs, coaching employees, overseeing facilities and office services, and coordinating client events and social functions.

Ginette also completed the Comprehensive Project Management Certificate Program at HRPA in 2012. In terms of their undergraduate education, Ginette Battikha pursued a degree in Environmental Studies at York University, although the exact start and end dates are not provided.
