Chrl Ginette Battikha Bes

Ginette Battikha has a strong background in human resources, with various roles in HR management and leadership. Ginette started their career at Lerners LLP in 2004, where they held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing HR programs, coaching employees, overseeing facilities and office services, and coordinating client events and social functions.

In 2013, they moved to Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as a Human Resources Director, where they continued to oversee and manage HR operations for the company.

Most recently, Ginette joined The Daniels Corporation in 2017. Ginette initially held the position of Director, People and Culture, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President, People and Culture in October 2020. In these positions, they have played a key role in shaping and cultivating the company's culture and ensuring the development of its employees.

Throughout their career, Ginette has demonstrated a strong ability to create and implement HR programs, provide coaching and direction, and successfully manage various HR responsibilities.

Ginette Battikha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, which they obtained from Ryerson University from 2004 to 2008. Ginette also completed the Comprehensive Project Management Certificate Program at HRPA in 2012. In terms of their undergraduate education, Ginette Battikha pursued a degree in Environmental Studies at York University, although the exact start and end dates are not provided. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications including being Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in April 2020, and being certified in the Change Management process in accordance with Prosci methodologies and tools from AdPro Change Systems Inc. in August 2015.
