Sumeet Ahluwalia

Sumeet Ahluwalia is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at The Daniels Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this, Sumeet held the position of Senior Development Manager at Lifetime Developments from March 2020 to April 2022, following a role as Development Manager for Affordable Housing at Waterfront Toronto, where leadership was provided for the Housing Affordability Program at Quayside. Experience also includes serving as Housing Development Officer at the City of Toronto and Program Manager for Development Services at York Region, focused on affordable rental housing initiatives. Sumeet holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Geography from York University.
