Tina Skjalm

Tina Skjalm has extensive experience in strategic communication and change management, currently serving as Chefkonsulent at Styrelsen for It og Læring since May 2023, focusing on internal and external communication strategies. Previously, Tina worked at Ramboll as Lead Consultant & Change Communications Manager, overseeing strategic communication for HR, IT, and Finance. In roles at Danske Bank, Tina was Chief Communication Consultant in Group IT and has a history of developing internal communication strategies and engaging employees across multiple countries. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Realkredit Danmark and Danmarks Nationalbank, and a background in journalism and editing. Tina holds a degree in Public Relations from Roskilde University and several certifications, including PRINCE2 and Agile Practitioner.
