Sarah Kubik has extensive experience in client relations and property management. Sarah started their career as a Leasing Consultant at The Dolben Company, Inc. in 2009. Sarah later joined the Peace Corps as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, where they worked on youth development projects. After that, they became a Front Desk Agent at Blue, The Inn on the Beach, where they gained valuable insight into the hospitality industry. Sarah then worked at Best Western Plus as a Guest Service Agent/Assistant Front Desk Manager, where they developed multitasking and office management skills.
In 2012, Sarah joined The Dartmouth Group as a Portfolio Assistant, where they managed a portfolio of properties and coordinated various activities for homeowners. Sarah was later promoted to Supervisor of the Client Services Department, where they led a team and ensured efficient service to homeowners and managers. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Client Relations at The Dartmouth Group, where they oversee branch operations and analyzes and improves company processes to strengthen relationships with clients. Sarah'srole focuses on developing and retaining skilled employees and driving company growth.
Sarah Kubik attended Bryant University from 2005 to 2009 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Sarah also holds a certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI, obtained in January 2023, and a CMCA certification from the Community Associations Institute - New England Chapter, obtained in September 2018.
