The Data Incubator
Ana Hocevar is a data scientist with extensive experience in research and academia. Currently serving as a Data Scientist in Residence at The Data Incubator since September 2018, Ana previously held various positions at The Rockefeller University, including Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow, as well as being a Raymond and Beverly Sackler Postdoctoral Fellow. Ana also contributed as a Student Mentor for the New York Academy of Sciences' Afterschool STEM Mentoring Program. Educational achievements include a PhD in Physics from the University of Ljubljana, where Ana was also a Teaching Assistant and a Doctoral Researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute. Additionally, Ana completed a visiting graduate student program at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Ljubljana.
