Josh Behounek

Josh Behounek is an experienced speaker and urban forestry consultant currently employed at The Davey Tree Expert Company since November 2001. With roles that include urban forestry advisor and business developer, Josh has worked extensively with municipalities, property developers, and various organizations to implement sustainable management practices for trees and natural resources, focusing on tree inventories, risk assessments, and urban forest master planning. Additionally, Josh served as an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri from January 2016 to May 2018, educating students in the field of urban forestry. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Southern Illinois University, as well as specialized training from the Municipal Forestry Institute and The Davey Institute of Tree Science.
