Karuna Sridharan Chibber serves as the Evaluation & Learning Officer at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since December 2020, previously holding positions such as Senior Technical Advisor & Project Director at John Snow, Inc. from February 2015 to December 2020, where research and evaluation for health care organizations were led. Prior experience includes conducting mixed-methods research as a Public Health Social Scientist at the UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, and serving as a Fogarty Postdoctoral Fellow focused on women's health issues in southern India. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Health Science in International Health from The Johns Hopkins University, and an M.A. in Economics from Tufts University, along with a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from Delhi University.
