Bob feels very fortunate to be leading a team of talented and driven professionals who specialize in workforce solutions and are dedicated to serving the candidates and clients with superior service. It’s always been a goal of his to offer the internal staff a varied career path - one with a focus on personal and professional growth and an opportunity to work hard and be rewarded. By managing the company with an emphasis on family, integrity, innovation, and relationships, the team has remained committed to personal development and creating a culture of success and corporate citizenship.

In addition to staff development, Bob leads a senior-level team responsible for the operational and financial aspects of this “not-so” traditional, full-service, end-to-end staffing solution. They operate in the temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire arena and place candidates in positions ranging from the boardroom to the warehouse. Core services include Managed Services (Vendor On Premise), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Staff augmentation, and payrolling services.

Looking back, Bob attributes much of my success to an unbridled commitment to self-improvement and continued learning as it applies to the development of my personal & professional career as well as the development of the professionals around me. Basically, lead the way you would want to be led.
