Aneta Dodson

Aneta Dodson is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Fund Controller at The Davis Companies since September 2010, Aneta oversees fair market value and income tax basis audits and manages the general ledger close process for a diverse portfolio of approximately $3 billion in real estate assets. Prior roles include Senior Accountant at Atlas Venture, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements and capital statements, and Senior Accountant at Reit Management & Research, LLC, focused on quarterly closes and SEC reporting for a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Aneta began their career as a Key Account Specialist at Siemens Information and Communication Mobile, participating in a Leadership Development Program in Germany. Aneta holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Magister in Finance and Banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
