Stephen Skolas

Stephen Skolas currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Davis since September 2019, having previously held the position of Vice President of Development at the same company. Prior to joining Davis, Stephen Skolas worked at Related Companies from May 2013 to September 2019 as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to one of the largest privately-owned real estate firms in the U.S. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Architect and Team Leader at Rafael Viñoly Architects from 2011 to 2013, and as an Intern Architect at Mitchell Architectural Group from 2008 to 2011, along with a brief internship at Caldwell & Walsh Construction in 2009. Stephen Skolas holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
