Steve Coyle

Steve Coyle is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and capital markets. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets & Investor Relations at The Davis Companies since March 2017, Steve oversees equity capital raising for the company's investment and development initiatives. Previously, Steve held significant roles at Bentall Kennedy as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, and at Cohen & Steers as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Global Realty Partners. Steve's career also includes key strategic positions at Citigroup, where Steve helped establish Citi Property Investors, and at Property & Portfolio Research. Steve's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German from Hampden-Sydney College.
