Brett Hart

Brett Hart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Del Mar Encore Fellow at The Dayton Foundation, Brett is focused on enhancing community partnerships and advancing the Brain Health Collective initiative. Additionally, Brett fulfills duties as a lifeguard at the YMCA of Greater Dayton. Previous roles include Senior Director of Planning and Customer Service at Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc., and Director of Supply Chain Services at DOLE Fresh Vegetables. Brett's career encompasses roles at Cargill Animal Nutrition, IGA Supermarkets, and NCR Corporation, with a strong foundation in supply chain management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Operation Research from Bowling Green State University, along with certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Operations.
