Pam Morgan has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in gastroenterology and children's services. Morgan served as a Fellow at The Dayton Foundation and retired from Dayton Children's Hospital, where roles included Director of Service Line Operations for various specialties and Ambulatory Administrator for Gastroenterology and Lipid. Prior experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center included Program Administrator for the Schubert-Martin Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center and RN Clinical Manager in the Division of Gastroenterology, demonstrating a strong focus on collaboration and strategic planning. Morgan holds a BSN from Mount St. Joseph University and has completed nursing education at Xavier University and The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
