Adele MacHtinger

Adele Machtinger is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and planning across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at The Decurion Corporation since November 2013, Adele manages tax compliance and planning for operating entities and a multi-generational family office. Previous roles include Senior Tax Manager at Thomas Properties Group, where management of domestic compliance for a public parent company was a primary responsibility, and Tax Manager at Castle & Cooke, Inc., focusing on domestic compliance for the parent company and subsidiaries. Earlier experience includes overseeing federal and state compliance at Princess Cruise Lines, as well as consulting and compliance for multinational clients at KPMG. Adele began a career in tax at PwC, providing federal income tax compliance and consulting. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College.
