Sam Burton currently serves as Finance Director at The Deep since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Finance Manager at Ideal Heating from February 2023 to September 2025 and worked as a Qualified Senior at EY from September 2019 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Contracts, Installation and Call Out Co-ordinator at ARROW, where responsibilities included managing industrial door repair call-outs and maintaining Service Level Agreements. Additionally, Sam was an Industrial Placement Student at AkzoNobel, focusing on project work related to paint formulation development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Industrial Experience from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2015 and 2019, as well as a secondary education from Beverley Grammar School from 2008 to 2015.
