Jonathon Pierson

Jonathon Pierson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2004, they began as an Apprentice Artworker at Schawk! before transitioning to a role as an Artworker, where they developed a passion for creating precise and efficient artwork. In 2007, they joined Tapestry MM Ltd as a Senior Artworker, where they gained expertise in print-ready packaging artwork and built strong client relationships. Jonathon later took on roles as an Account Manager and Account Director, overseeing high-profile packaging artwork accounts and managing teams of up to ten people. In 2016, Pierson joined The Delta Group as a Project Manager, utilizing their skills in media production and client relationship-building. Jonathon eventually progressed to more senior positions, including Senior Project Manager, Senior Account Manager, and currently serves as the Creative Operations Director. Pierson's work experience showcases their strong project management skills, client-facing abilities, and proficiency in developing workflows and technology to enhance account growth.

Jonathon Pierson attended Abbs Cross Academy and Arts College from 1994 to 1999, and then went on to study at Havering Sixth Form College from 1999 to 2001.
