Lawrence Tingey

Lawrence Tingey has a strong background in HR, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Group HR Director for The Delta Group, where they collaborate with the board to define and deliver HR strategy across multiple business divisions. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR for Ladbrokes Coral Group, where they directed central Corporate Support Office functions and managed a team of 18 HR professionals. Lawrence has also held HR positions at Qatar Airways, M. H. Alshaya Co., ExxonMobil, and Woolworths, where they gained experience in areas such as business partnering, recruitment, and talent development.

Lawrence Tingey completed a Post Grad Diploma in HR Management from Middlesex University between 2001 and 2003. Lawrence also obtained a Future Frontiers Career Coach certification in 2021.
