Philip Dowley has extensive work experience in various roles within the printing and production industry. Philip started their career at Wood Printcraft as an Estimator and Purchasing Manager from 2005 to 2008. Philip then moved on to Communisis, where they held multiple positions including Account Executive, Account Manager, and Senior Key Account Manager from 2008 to 2014. At Communisis, they were responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, and supervising the Customer Service Team. From 2014 to 2016, Philip worked as the Manager of the Print Division at Spectrum, where they reported directly to the MD and supervised the print division, design studio, and quality control. Currently, Philip is the Operations Director at the Delta Group Ireland since 2016, overseeing production, warehousing, and logistics, as well as managing health and safety and human resource management. Additionally, they had the role of Commercial Manager, Production Controller, and Senior Estimator at the Delta Group Ireland. Their responsibilities included planning and briefing all jobs into production, account management, and implementing new client accounts.

Philip Dowley attended Castleknock College from 1993 to 1999. Philip then went on to pursue a BSC in Printing Management at Technological University Dublin from 2002 to 2006.
