Rick Simons has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Rick started their career at King Solomon High School in 2001, where they served as an IT Manager for over 11 years. During this time, they upgraded the network infrastructure and implemented virtualization technology. Rick also handled day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting for over 600 computers.

In 2012, Rick joined Avanti Communications as an IT Manager. Here, they successfully upgraded various IT systems, such as Exchange, BES, and SharePoint. Rick also implemented disaster recovery plans, introduced de-duplication techniques, and achieved ISO27001 accreditation for Information Security Management.

Later in 2014, Rick moved on to become the Director of Group IT Infrastructure at The Delta Group. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's IT operations. Rick also served as the Chief Information Officer, where they played a pivotal role in the strategic decision-making process.

Overall, Rick Simons has a proven track record of driving IT innovation and effectively managing complex technical projects.

Rick Simons attended King Solomon High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained 10 A-C Gcse's. Rick then enrolled at Epping Forest College from 1999 to 2001, earning an Advanced GNVQ in IT. In addition to their formal education, Simons obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft MCTS - Windows Server 2008 Server Administrator, Microsoft MCTS - Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration, Cisco CCNA, Comptia A+, and OPSWAT Introduction to Critical Infrastructure Protection (ICIP).
