Jim Porter

Jim Porter has extensive experience in program and cybersecurity management, having held key positions in various organizations. At the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Jim serves as a Senior Program Manager in the Office of Biometric Identity Management. Previously, Jim worked as a Cybersecurity Program Manager at MindPoint Group and held multiple roles at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. At U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Jim took on roles such as Chief Strategist for Enterprise Tools & Platforms, Senior Director of Portfolio Management, and Senior Program Manager. Jim began their career at Sapient as a Senior Manager of Technology. Additionally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Composition from West Virginia University, attained between 1989 and 1994.
