Melissa Oh is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and innovation within the federal sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Silicon Valley Innovation Program at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate, Melissa has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Business Operations Manager for the Cyber Security Division and Chief of Staff and Business Manager for the Borders & Maritime Security Division. Prior to joining the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Melissa was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Project Engineer at SI International. Melissa holds a Certificate in Innovation Strategy & New Product Commercialization from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
