Omer Minhas

Omer Minhas is a seasoned professional in institutional research and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior HR Data Reporting and Systems Analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since November 2023. Previously, Omer held the position of Director of Institutional Research at California College of the Arts from September 2021 to November 2023, and at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science from December 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive research programs and coordinating the collection and presentation of institutional data. Omer has also worked as a Tableau Consultant for Fors Marsh, developing high-quality dashboards for DHS, and held research positions at Ohio Northern University, Dartmouth College, and Jacksonville State University, accumulating extensive expertise in data analytics and reporting systems. Omer holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Software Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Jacksonville State University.
