Sarah Todd Green

Sarah Todd Green currently serves as the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer and Executive Director of Acquisition Policy and Legislation at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, a position held since September 2020. Previously, Sarah held various roles at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from August 2011 to September 2020, including Deputy Head of Contracting Activity, where oversight was provided for a workforce managing over $2.5 billion annually. Additional responsibilities at ICE included leading a division of contracting officers, serving as Chief of Staff for the Office of Acquisition Management, and acting as Special Assistant to the Executive Associate Director of Management and Administration. Earlier experience includes a contract specialist role at the Internal Revenue Service, participation in the Contract Management Leadership Development Program, and senior management positions at LML Aviation, LLC, and Eagle Flight Training. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Science in Government Contracts from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
