Deepak Plakkat

Deepak Plakkat has a diverse work experience in the field of database administration. Deepak currently holds the position of Lead Oracle Database Administrator at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Database Administrator at HCL Technologies from 2022 to 2023. Deepak also has experience working at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions as a Delivery Lead and Senior Oracle DBA from 2014 to 2021. Before that, they worked at UST Global as an Oracle DBA from 2009 to 2014. Deepak's career started at Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited as a Staff on Contract - Oracle DBA in 2008.

Deepak Plakkat attended NGM College in Coimbatore from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a specialization in Computer Applications. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they studied at SNGC in Coimbatore and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree, also in Computer Applications. Before entering college, from 1999 to 2001, Deepak attended GHSS Koduvayur in Palakkad and completed their Higher Secondary education, focusing on Maths and Science. Deepak began their educational journey at MHSS Pudunagaram in Palakkad in 1998, where they obtained their SSLC certification.

In addition to their formal education, Deepak Plakkat has obtained various certifications from Oracle. In October 2008, they became an Oracle Certified Associate - Oracle 9i Database Administrator (OCA). Later, in October 2014, they achieved the Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional certification. Most recently, in December 2021, Deepak obtained two certifications from Oracle: the Oracle Cloud Database Services 2021 Certified Specialist and the Oracle Database Cloud Administrator 2021 Certified Professional.
