Jane Kotlyar

Jane Kotlyar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and integration within financial risk management. At The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Jane serves as Client Services and Integration Director for Fixed Income (Treasury Clearing) and previously held the role of Financial Risk Technology Director, overseeing a portfolio of high-priority risk data projects valued at approximately $40M and spearheading AI initiatives in credit risk. Prior to DTCC, Jane contributed to Siemens as the Global Trade Operations & Technology Rollout Lead, driving significant cash savings and managing cross-functional teams across multiple global markets. Jane holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London, a B.Sc. in Math and Philosophy from the University of Toronto, and has completed executive certifications in project management and blockchain technologies.
