Miguel then worked as a Booking Manager at Credit Suisse, assisting with resource allocation and budgeting. Miguel also worked as a QA Analyst at Viacom, testing and upgrading the Cognos Testing Platform. Miguel gained experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Sharp Decisions, where they conducted functional and regression testing for Take Charge America.
