Scott Kaufman

Scott Kaufman is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in operational and systemic risk within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Director in the Systemic Risk Office at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation since March 2015, Scott leads initiatives to identify, monitor, and mitigate emerging risk threats, spearheads the Systemic Risk Barometer Survey, and manages key risk programs, including stress testing. Prior to this role, Scott was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included leading recovery and resolution planning for global financial firms and implementing stress testing frameworks. Scott holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
