Tim Neary

Tim Neary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in modernization and strategic consulting within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Modernization / Strategy Consultant at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since October 2023, Neary previously held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2016 to 2023, where leadership in modernization initiatives for approximately 800 applications, overseeing $300 million in infrastructure costs, and managing cloud architecture assessments were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Executive Director at Bank of America, where Neary led significant programs to enhance custody infrastructure and streamline dividend systems, and at Morgan Stanley, managing a large development team focused on asset servicing and customer tax. Neary began a career at IBM as an Advisory Systems Engineer. Neary holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
