Jaimie Pham

Jaimie Pham has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Recruitment and Retention at The Dermatology Specialists, where they oversaw executive and clinical recruiting lifecycles and collaborated with various departments to ensure provider satisfaction. Before that, they served as the Director of Recruitment and Physician Relations at the same company, where they were responsible for strategic planning, network development, and contract management. Prior to their time at The Dermatology Specialists, Jaimie worked as a Physician and Practice Success Liaison at Northwell Health, nurturing relationships between Patient Access Services and physician clients.
