Alexandra Burns

Alexandra Burns currently serves as the Senior Manager for Commercial Hire and Events at the Design Museum, a position held since November 2021, following a role as Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes positions at Chiswick House & Gardens Trust as a Business Support Assistant and Weddings and Events Executive, as well as serving as a Commercial Event Executive at The Royal Air Force Museum, where responsibilities included promoting the venue and managing events. Alexandra's earlier roles featured a Visitor Experience Assistant position, providing a safe and engaging environment for visitors, and a Facilitator role for a Roald Dahl event at Wales Millennium Centre. Customer service experience was gained at Waitrose. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient History from Cardiff University, completed in 2016.
