Ed Knight possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Restaurant Manager at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center Albany since November 2013. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Manager at Provence Restaurant from July 2011 to October 2013 and previously worked as Restaurant Manager at The Desmond Hotel & Conference Center from December 1999 to September 2009. Earlier in Ed's career, Ed was the Assistant General Manager at Greenville Country Club from April 1988 to September 1996. Ed Knight earned an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College, having attended from 1963 to 1965, and graduated from Ichabod Crane High School.
