Adrian Robinson possesses extensive experience in logistics and administration within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Regional Logistics Manager at The Development Initiative Limited (TDI) since January 2009. In this role, Adrian is tasked with establishing new projects, ensuring that logistical and administrative requirements are met, and overseeing the organization and supply of necessary resources for functioning offices. Previously, Adrian served as Administration and Finance Manager for various TDI projects in Bukavu and South Sudan, providing vital administrative support to teams engaged in survey operations and manual mine clearance activities. Adrian started a career in logistics as Logistics Manager at Dynasafe MineTech, where responsibilities included project administrative support, procurement, and management of local liaisons. Adrian is an alumnus of IMM Graduate School and Nashville High School in Gweru.

The Development Initiative Limited (TDI)
TDI provides commercial and humanitarian landmine clearance, unexploded ordnance disposal, training and remote logistics solutions in inaccessible and often hostile locations, primarily across Africa and the Middle East. TDI was established in 2005 to provide a range of professional services to multinational companies, governmental and non-governmental organisations. To date, TDI has successfully undertaken over 65 projects in 15 countries including Angola, DRC, Mali, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Togo, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Côte d’Ivoire and most recently Central African Republic. Among other achievements, TDI has cleared over 26 600 km of routes and roads, removed over 59,000 items of unexploded ordnance and safely destroyed over 450 tonnes of unserviceable and obsolete munitions. TDI considers each contract’s unique parameters and terrain in order to provide the appropriate and necessary tools to get the job done efficiently, cost effectively and safely.
