Rose Donohue serves as a Senior Geospatial Data Scientist with the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program since August 2021, following an impactful role as an Epidemiologist at the CDC Foundation, where support was provided for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services' COVID-19 response. Prior academic roles at the University of Notre Dame included Postdoctoral Research Associate and Doctoral Researcher, where Rose developed a spatial vulnerability index for soil-transmitted helminth infections in sub-Saharan Africa and engaged in various teaching responsibilities, including as a Teaching Assistant and R Bootcamp Course Instructor. Rose's academic background includes a PhD in Biological Sciences and an MS in Global Health, both from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a BA in History.
