Emely Semedo is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Shared Services at The Digital Neighborhood since June 2022, Emely has previously worked as an HR Consultant at True B.V. from March 2020 to May 2022, and as an HR Advisor at T-Mobile Nederland from July 2019 to March 2020. Emely's earlier experience includes a role as HR Casemanager at Tele2 Nederland, where responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end management of HR cases, specifically in Occupational Health and Performance Management. Emely's foundational experience also includes positions as a Sr. HR Assistant and HR Assistant at Drayton Finch. Academically, Emely holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Propedeuse in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
