Mason Kemp

Mason Kemp is a Partner at The Digital Ring, a national recruitment firm hunting top talent for software companies. Mason has over fifteen years of experience in the recruiting and executive search industries.

Mason co-founded 1stGIG.com in 2005, a SaaS precision matching system that identifies Talent (College Students) and links them to Opportunities (Employers). Mason also served as the Managing Director of the Trovato Group from 2008 to 2011, a retained national executive search and consulting firm in real estate, renewable energy and finance industries.

Prior to their work in the recruiting industry, Mason held the position of AVP Bank Management at Associated Bank from 2002 to 2005. In this role, they were responsible for managing a staff of 15-20 and had full P&L responsibility.

Mason Kemp attended James Madison Memorial High School before studying Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
