Stefanie Bland

Stefanie Bland possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer service across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager and People Operations at The Digital Stronghold since January 2022, Stefanie oversees HR functions for several brands including Taylor Stitch, Tie Bar, and Boston Scally. Prior roles include HR Manager and various customer experience positions at Tie Bar, along with an International Relocation Coordinator role at SIRVA Worldwide, where Stefanie managed logistics for household goods shipments. Earlier career experience includes recruitment roles at Adecco Staffing and Randstad, as well as customer service at The UPS Store. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
